Timurs Tomsons studied Intercultural Relationship Between Latvia and France and Culture Management in Riga. Currently, he is the CEO of Liepāja Concert Hall “Great Amber” and former director of the Chamber Orchestra Sinfonietta Rīga. For many years he had been working at the Baltic Sea Festival in Stockholm.
