Balticovo Becomes Riga Jurmala Music Festival Partner!

Balticovo has become one of the Riga Jurmala Festival’s partners for the 2021 season, giving significant support to the operations of the festival and helping to put on a world-class artistic programme.

“We all need a fresh dose of culture right now, which is why we are particularly pleased to support the festival. Latvia is a rich country, because we have not only export-standard goods and services, but also amazing events that attract the best artists from Europe and worldwide. As a business, we export our products to more than 20 countries, meaning we know how to put forward our best side and show our uniqueness, which is why we are happy to support other export-worthy ideas,” emphasizes Vladimirs Mhitarjans, Chairman of the Board at Balticovo.

“From the festival’s debut year, we were able to prove ourselves not just locally, but also internationally, offering a glittering programme to classical music lovers. We are pleased that Balticovo has joined our supporters, as it is only thanks to the support of our partners that we can continue what we started and polish Latvia’s image internationally,” adds Riga Jurmala Festival Executive Director Zane Čulkstēna.

This year, the festival will take place over four weekends from July 16th to September 5th, and will feature world-class symphony orchestras and conductors like the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra conducted by John Eliot Gardiner, the Royal Concertgebouworkest and Daniel Harding, the Saint Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Yuri Temirkanov, and the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra and Andris Nelsons.
